Individualized Coaching

Fear, frustration, and doubt have a way of seeping into our unconscious. These ubiquitous emotions wreak havoc on our ability to see ourselves clearly. Individualized coaching requires personal reflection and honest interpretation of roadblocks preventing progress. Whether it’s creating healthier dialogue and boundaries at home, verbalizing your career aspirations, pursuing a degree or transforming your mindset, leadership coaching establishes a sense of empowerment. Through empowerment, life shifts from one of uncertainty to one of possibility.

This method works best when you commit to investing fully in yourself and the belief that change is wholly within reach.

Executive Coaching

Creating and sustaining positive company culture is a challenge many organizations face. Today’s workplace is a melting pot of “Boomers,” “Gen X,” “Millennials,” and “Gen Z,” who navigate office norms and expectations differently. While technologies like Slack and Instagram Messenger are changing the office dynamic, feeling seen, heard and appreciated is vital for employee retention.

Ideal for small to medium-sized companies, executive coaching aims to improve efficiencies while boosting morale. This top down approach starts at the highest echelons of an organization – applying tools and techniques that leaders bring back to employees for further integration.

Through a mix of 1:1 coaching and group sessions, we utilize methods like The Leadership Circle Profile and The Collective Leadership Assessment to establish more effective leadership and better business results.

Teen Empowerment

Teenagers – or the “screenager” generation – has a unique set of challenges navigating the world. According to the CDC, approximately seven percent of children ages three to 17 years old have diagnosed anxiety. Social media, peer pressure, body image, homework, sexuality, college applications, divorce and managing blended families have created the perfect storm for anxiety and depression among young adults. The most important work we do is providing a safe, inclusive space to share and confront uncomfortable feelings and realities.
